Arizona: House limits service times for photo tickets

Although drivers receiving photo enforcement tickets are initially notified by mail, if they ignore the notice they must be personally served if a case is to be pursued. The House voted 46-13 Wednesday to limit the hours that documents can be served. If the Senate also passes the bill and it is signed by the governor, summons’ can only be personally served from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
