A survey of four intersections with red-light cameras has found that three have shorter yellow-light times than a formula in the law requires, according to a driver advocacy group. The surveys, done this week by engineers and experts working with the National Motorists Association New Jersey chapter, found too-short yellow-light times at intersections in Cherry Hill, New Brunswick and Gloucester, NMA said.
