As New Jersey’s controversial red-light camera program remains in limbo over concerns about the timing of yellow lights at intersections, two state lawmakers said the cameras should be banned for good. The lawmakers called for disbanding the devices, which they say are an invasion of privacy and have not made intersections safer.
